About the Project
VaultOX is a hackathon prototype for institutional cross-border settlement on Solana. USDC moves across settlement corridors with FX rates locked at initiation against SIX Swiss Exchange reference rates, and non-custodial escrow that only releases on mutual signature. A 'Vault Passport' — a non-transferable on-chain credential — encodes an institution's KYC tier and jurisdiction, and a separate treasury module lets idle capital earn yield between settlements. The system splits across three Solana Anchor programs: vault management, settlement, and compliance.
